RSP Urges PM Shah to Remove Minister Deepak Sah Over Misconduct

Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has formally requested Prime Minister Balen Shah to remove Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security Deepak Kumar Sah from his position over allegations of misconduct.

The request follows a recommendation from the party’s Central Disciplinary Committee, which found that Minister Sah had violated party rules and code of conduct. According to the committee, Sah allegedly influenced the appointment of his wife, Junu Shrestha, as a member of the Health Insurance Board, which had reportedly remained inactive for a long time.

Based on this finding, RSP President Rabi Lamichhane formally wrote to the Prime Minister, urging immediate action against Sah. The party stated that such actions have negatively impacted its image, values, and principles.

The development has sparked political attention, as it raises concerns about governance ethics and accountability within the current administration
