Sani Gad Hydro IPO Closes Today After Oversubscription
Today is the last day to apply for Sani Gad Hydro Limited IPO. The issue will close after banking hours due to oversubscription.

Sani Gad Hydro Limited has set today (Chaitra 25) as the final day for applications for its IPO issued to project-affected local residents.
Although the subscription period was extended until Baisakh 7, 2083, the company has decided to close the issue after banking hours due to oversubscription.
The company issued a total of 2,850,000 ordinary shares for local residents affected by the project.
Out of this, 1,852,500 shares are allocated to highly affected areas of Bungal Municipality wards 1, 2, and 4 in Bajhang district. The remaining 997,500 shares are distributed among residents of wards 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, and 11.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 20,000 shares.
The issue and sales manager is Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited.
According to ICRA Nepal, the company has been assigned an Issuer Rating of BB-, indicating moderate credit risk.
Applications are being accepted through designated bank branches and project offices.
