Sanigad Hydro Launches IPO for General Public from June 1; Investors Can Apply for Up to 20,000 Shares
Sanigad Hydro Limited is opening its Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public from June 1 (Jestha 18).

Sanigad Hydro Limited is set to open its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public from Jestha 18, 2083, providing investors with an opportunity to participate in Nepal’s growing hydropower sector.
The company is issuing 4.674 million ordinary shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share. Eligible investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 20,000 shares.
According to the company’s issuance schedule, the public offering will remain open until Jestha 21, 2083. If the issue is not fully subscribed within the initial period, the closing date may be extended in accordance with regulatory provisions.
The IPO is expected to attract significant investor interest as hydropower companies continue to remain among the most actively traded and widely followed stocks in Nepal’s capital market.
The issue management and sales responsibilities have been assigned to Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited, which is overseeing the application and allotment process.
Investors can submit applications through the Mero Share platform and participating C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions. Market observers expect strong demand for the issue given the continued participation of retail investors in Nepal’s primary market.
