Sanigad Hydro Reschedules IPO Launch, Public Issue to Open from June 1
Sanigad Hydro Limited has revised the date for its public IPO issuance. The company will now open the IPO for general investors from June 1.

Sanigad Hydro Limited has changed the schedule for its Initial Public Offering (IPO) meant for the general public. Earlier, the company had planned to open the IPO from May 28 to June 3. However, according to the revised schedule, the public issue will now remain open from June 1 to June 4.
The company stated that the IPO schedule was revised after the Nepal government announced a public holiday on May 28 for the occasion of Bakra Eid (Eid-ul-Adha), resulting in four consecutive holidays.
Sanigad Hydro will issue 4.674 million shares to the public at a face value of Rs. 100 per share. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 20,000 shares.
The company has also mentioned that if the issue is not fully subscribed by June 4, the application deadline may be extended until June 14. The IPO issue and sales manager is Laxmi Sunrise Capital.
