Sanigad Hydropower Limited has finalized the allotment date for its Initial Public Offering (IPO) issued to the general public. According to the issue manager, Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited, the IPO allotment is scheduled for tomorrow at 10 AM on Monday.

The company had issued a total of 4.67 million shares to the general public between Jestha 18 and Jestha 21. During this period, the issue received a large number of applications from investors across the country.

After the allotment process is completed, only around 467,400 applicants will receive shares, while the remaining applicants will not be allotted any shares due to oversubscription. The high demand compared to the limited number of shares means that a significant number of investors will return empty-handed.

The issue manager has stated that all technical preparations for the allotment have been completed, and the process will be conducted in a transparent and regulatory-compliant manner. Investors will be able to check their allotment results through their respective Depository Participants (DPs) or online systems.

The IPO is being viewed as an attractive investment opportunity in the hydropower sector, and it has already generated strong interest in the market.
