Sanima Equity Fund II to Open Public Issue of 100 Million Units from Baisakh 24
Sanima Capital Limited will issue 10 crore units of its closed-end scheme “Sanima Equity Fund II” to the public starting Baisakh 24.

Sanima Capital Limited has announced the public offering of its closed-ended mutual fund scheme, “Sanima Equity Fund II.”
The issue will open from Baisakh 24 to Baisakh 29, with a provision to extend the deadline until Jestha 7 if the issue is not fully subscribed within the initial period.
The scheme will issue a total of 100 million units. Out of this, 13% (13 million units) has been allocated to the scheme manager, Sanima Bank Limited, and 2% (2 million units) to the fund sponsor, Sanima Capital Limited. The remaining 85 million units will be available for the general public and institutional investors.
As a closed-end fund, investors can apply only during the subscription period. The minimum application limit is 100 units, while the maximum is set at 10 million units.
The fund is expected to provide investors with diversified investment opportunities and contribute to the growth of Nepal’s capital market.
