Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited (TAMOR) has proposed a 5.263% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83 and called its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Ashwin 30, 2083.
A meeting of the company's Board of Directors held on Ashwin 7 proposed a 5.263% cash dividend, including tax, for shareholders. The company's existing paid-up capital stands at Rs. 3.33 billion.
The company has scheduled the book closure date for Ashwin 19 for the proposed dividend and AGM. Therefore, investors holding the company's shares before Ashwin 16 will be eligible to receive the proposed dividend and participate in the AGM.
The 11th AGM will be held on Ashwin 30, 2083. Shareholders will be able to participate in the meeting subject to the eligibility criteria set by the company.
