Sarvottam Paints Industries Limited has successfully completed the allotment of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) issued to the general public. The allotment process was conducted by the issue manager, Global IME Capital.

According to the allotment results, ball number 7 was selected in the lottery process. The company had offered 705,500 ordinary shares to the public from June 11 to June 15, 2026 (Jestha 28 to Asar 2, 2083).

Following the allotment, 70,550 applicants received 10 shares each, while the remaining applicants were left empty-handed due to overwhelming demand and oversubscription.

Investors can check their IPO results through the CDSC IPO Result portal by selecting Sarvottam Paints Industries Limited and entering their 16-digit BOID number.

With the allotment process now complete, the company will move forward with the listing process on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Once listed, the shares will become available for trading in the secondary market.
