Sarvottam Paints Industries Limited has opened its Initial Public Offering (IPO) from today, targeting Nepalis working abroad.
The company is issuing 85,000 shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share in this phase. Interested applicants can apply until Baisakh 24.
Applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 5,000 shares.
Global IME Capital has been appointed as the issue manager. The company received approval for the IPO from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on Baisakh 2.
