Sarvottam Paints Proposes 10% Dividend for FY 2082/83
Sarvottam Paints has proposed a 10% dividend for FY 2082/83 comprising 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.40 crore and a cash dividend for tax purposes.
Sarvottam Paints Industries Limited (SAPIL) has proposed a 10% dividend for its shareholders for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The company’s board of directors, at a meeting held on Bhadra 28, 2083 proposed issuing 10% bonus shares worth approximately Rs. 3.40 crore.
Alongside the bonus shares, the company has also proposed a cash dividend of Rs. 17.89 lakh for tax purposes related to the bonus share distribution.
The proposed bonus shares are based on the company’s existing paid-up capital of Rs. 34 crore.
The dividend proposal is subject to approval from the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The proposed dividend will be distributed only after receiving approval from the AGM.
