Shangrila Development Bank Proposes 10.5263% Dividend, Calls AGM on Ashoj 22
Shangrila Development Bank has proposed a 10.5263% dividend worth Rs. 39.30 crore for FY 2082/83, comprising 4% bonus shares and 6.5263% cash dividend.

Shangrila Development Bank Limited (SADBL) has called its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Ashoj 22, 2083.
The AGM will consider the bank’s proposed 10.5263% dividend for FY 2082/83, with a total value of Rs. 39.30 crore. The proposal was approved by the 400th meeting of the Board of Directors held on Bhadra 30.
Based on the bank’s paid-up capital of Rs. 3.73 arba, the proposed dividend consists of 4% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs. 14.93 crore and a 6.5263% cash dividend worth Rs. 24.36 crore, including applicable taxes.
The AGM will also consider the auditor’s report, profit and loss statement, financial statements and cash flow statement for FY 2082/83, along with the appointment of an auditor for FY 2083/84.
Shangrila Development Bank has set the book closure period from Ashoj 8 to Ashoj 22, 2083. Shareholders maintained before the book closure will be eligible for the proposed dividend and entitled to participate in the AGM.
