Shikhar Power Development Calls EGM, Key Agenda Includes Bhimkhola Cascade Project Transfer
Shikhar Power Development Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to approve the transfer of its 6.05 MW Lower Bhimkhola Cascade Hydropower Project.
Shikhar Power Development Limited has decided to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Sunday, Baisakh 27, 2083, as per the decision of its Board of Directors.
The main agenda of the meeting is the approval of a special proposal related to the transfer of the 6.05 MW Lower Bhimkhola Cascade Hydropower Project.
For the purpose of the meeting, the company has announced a one-day book closure on Baisakh 17. Accordingly, only shareholders whose names are registered in NEPSE by Baisakh 16 will be eligible to participate in the EGM.
The meeting is expected to finalize key decisions regarding the project transfer along with related regulatory and administrative approvals
