Shram Sanskriti Party Directs Mandatory Use of Harka Sampang’s Photo in All Programs
The Shram Sanskriti Party has instructed all its organizational levels to mandatorily include party chair Harka Sampang’s photo in program banners and promotional materials.
The Shram Sanskriti Party, led by Harka Sampang, has issued a directive making it mandatory to use the party chair’s photograph in all official programs and promotional materials.
According to a circular issued by the party’s Koshi Province Committee on Jestha 11, all levels of the organization—including district, metropolitan, sub-metropolitan, municipality, ward, and local units—must include the party chair’s photo in banners and other publicity materials used in events.
The circular, signed by Provincial Committee Chair Pratap Rai and Secretary Deepak Timsina, states that the image of “respected labor leader and party chair Harka Sampang” must be used in all program-related materials without exception.
