Siddhartha Bank Proposes 20% Dividend for FY 2082/83
Siddhartha Bank has proposed a 20% dividend for FY 2082/83 comprising 10% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend, subject to regulatory and shareholder approval.

Siddhartha Bank Limited has proposed a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The decision was taken at the bank’s 482nd Board of Directors meeting held on Ashwin 1, 2083. The board has proposed 10% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend for tax purposes based on the bank’s paid-up capital.
With a paid-up capital of Rs. 14.79 arba, the proposed bonus shares are worth approximately Rs. 1.47 arba, while the cash dividend is also worth approximately Rs. 1.47 arba.
For the bank’s preference shares, a separate 8.25% cash dividend worth Rs. 10.75 crore has been proposed.
The proposed dividends will be distributed only after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of the time of reporting, Siddhartha Bank’s last traded price (LTP) stood at Rs. 431 per share.
