Siddhartha Bank Sets Book Closure for Ashoj 16; Eligible Shareholders to Receive Proposed Dividend
Siddhartha Bank has announced Ashoj 16, 2083, as the book closure date for its upcoming AGM.
Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has announced the book closure date for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
According to information submitted by the bank to the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), the shareholder registration book will remain closed for one day on Ashoj 16, 2083.
The bank's Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Ashoj 28, 2083 (October 14, 2026). As the book will be closed on Ashoj 16, shareholders registered up to the preceding trading day will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
For the fiscal year 2082/83, Siddhartha Bank has proposed 10% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend, including applicable taxes, for its shareholders.
The bank has also proposed an 8.25% cash dividend for redeemable preference shareholders.
The AGM will discuss and decide on the bank's financial statements, appointment of auditors, and other agenda items.
