Forward Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has appointed Siddhartha Capital Limited as its share registrar. The appointment was made following a decision by the company’s Board of Directors.

Following the appointment, Siddhartha Capital will handle the microfinance institution’s securities records and shareholder-related services.

The responsibilities will include maintaining securities records, share dematerialization, share transfers and other related activities.

As a result, shareholders of Forward Microfinance will be able to access securities-related services through Siddhartha Capital.

The appointment is expected to help streamline the management of shareholder records and improve the delivery of securities-related services to the company’s investors.
