Snow Rivers Limited Proposes 10.5263% Dividend, Calls 5th AGM
Snow Rivers Limited has proposed a 10.5263% dividend for FY 2082/83, comprising 10% bonus shares and 0.5263% cash dividend, and has called its 5th AGM for Ashwin 21.
Snow Rivers Limited (SNORL) has called its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Ashwin 21, 2083. The meeting will be held at Lisara Receptions, Naxal, Kathmandu, at 8:30 AM.
The AGM will consider the company’s financial statements for FY 2082/83, along with the auditor’s report, profit and loss statement, financial reports, and cash flow statement. Shareholders will also be asked to approve the appointment of the auditor for FY 2083/84.
The company has proposed a total dividend of 10.5263% from its paid-up capital of Rs. 93.75 crore. This includes 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 9.375 crore and a 0.5263% cash dividend, including applicable taxes.
Other agendas include reviewing and increasing the meeting allowance for members of the Board of Directors, approving the Board’s decision dated 2082/10/26 to accept a Loan Against IPO facility from NMB Bank Limited, and endorsing equity investments in various hydropower projects and companies.
The AGM will also elect one director to represent the public shareholders’ group for the upcoming tenure.
The company has set Ashwin 8 as the book closure date. Shareholders holding shares before the book closure will be eligible to attend the AGM.
