Lumbini Development Bank Limited has officially welcomed Suman Acharya as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with his tenure commencing on Shrawan 1.

Acharya was appointed following a decision by the bank's Board of Directors. According to the bank, he brings extensive experience in banking, business management, and risk management, gained through senior executive roles at several commercial banks.

The bank believes his leadership will further strengthen institutional development, strategic management, corporate governance, and sustainable banking practices, helping the organization achieve its long-term objectives.

After assuming office, Acharya expressed his commitment to enhancing customer service, boosting employee morale, strengthening stakeholder confidence, and achieving the bank's long-term strategic goals.
