Sunrise Focused Equity Fund (SFEF) has announced the book closure date for its 4.5% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The decision to distribute the 4.5% cash dividend was taken at the 165th meeting of the Board of Directors of LS Capital Limited, the fund manager, held on Bhadra 5, 2083.
The fund has fixed Bhadra 18, 2083 as the book closure date for dividend distribution. Accordingly, unit holders whose names are recorded in the fund’s register by Bhadra 17 will be eligible to receive the declared cash dividend.
Investors purchasing or holding SFEF units after the book closure cut-off will not be eligible for the dividend for FY2082/83.
Meanwhile, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of Sunrise Focused Equity Fund stood at Rs10.45 at the end of Ashadh.
The announcement provides SFEF unit holders with the key record-date information required to determine their eligibility for the 4.5% cash dividend.
