Swabalamban Laghubitta Suspends 488th Board Decision Following Supreme Court Interim Order

Swabalamban Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited has suspended the implementation of decisions made during its 488th board meeting in compliance with a short-term interim order issued by the Supreme Court.

The company's 489th board meeting, held on Shrawan 12, resolved to halt the execution of Decision No. 4(a) approved during the 488th board meeting on Shrawan 6, along with all actions taken under that decision. The matter will remain in its current state until further notice.

According to the company, the decision was made to ensure full compliance with the Supreme Court's interim order. It also stated that all future proceedings related to the matter will follow the court's directives until a new judicial order is issued.

The suspension means the concerned board decision will not be implemented for now, and any further action will depend on the outcome of the ongoing legal process.
