Swabhimaan Laghubitta Disappoints Shareholders, Decides Not to Distribute Dividend
Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has decided not to distribute dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2082/83 .
Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has decided not to distribute dividends to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2082/83. The decision was made during a meeting of the institution’s Board of Directors.
The board decided to retain the distributable profit earned during the fiscal year instead of distributing it as dividends. As a result, shareholders will not receive dividends for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The institution has also decided to submit its financial statements for the fiscal year to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval in preparation for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
According to the institution, the financial statements will be presented for approval at the upcoming AGM after receiving clearance from Nepal Rastra Bank.
