Synergy Power Development Limited (SPDL) has listed 1,209,862.50 bonus shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).

The company’s 19th Annual General Meeting held on Magh 19, 2082 approved a 10.5263% dividend for fiscal year 2081/82.

The company’s board meeting on Chaitra 12, 2082 had decided to distribute a 10% bonus share worth slightly over Rs. 12.09 crore, along with a 0.5263% cash dividend amounting to approximately Rs. 63.67 lakh.

The bonus shares approved under the dividend proposal have now been listed on NEPSE.

SPDL closed at Rs. 356.00 in the latest trading session.
