Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Calls 6th AGM
Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower will hold its 6th AGM on Ashwin 30, 2083, with shareholders set to discuss financial statements, auditor appointment and board elections.
Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited (TPKHL) has called its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Ashwin 30, 2083.
The meeting will be held at Ramalaya Event Venue, Bansbari, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM.
The AGM will discuss and approve the company’s annual report for FY 2082/83, along with its balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement and related schedules, including the auditor’s report.
Shareholders will also consider the appointment and remuneration of the auditor for FY 2083/84 and approve decisions taken by the Board of Directors.
The meeting will seek authorization for the Board to identify and invest in new projects as necessary. It will also consider authorizing the Board to form an Audit Committee in accordance with Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2063.
The AGM will further elect and approve three directors representing the promoter shareholder group and two directors representing the public shareholder group.
The company has set Bhadra 30 as the book closure date. Shareholders who held the company’s shares before the book closure date will be eligible to attend the AGM.
