Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited has completed the allotment of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) issued for the general public. The allotment process was conducted this morning by the issue manager, Prabhu Capital Limited.
The company had issued a total of 2,515,455 ordinary shares to the public from Baisakh 23 to Baisakh 28. The IPO attracted significant investor participation during the subscription period.
According to the allotment results, a total of 251,545 applicants received 10 shares each through the lottery system, while the remaining applicants were left empty-handed due to oversubscription.
Investors can check their IPO results through the official CDSC IPO result portal at iporesult.cdsc.com.np. To view the result, users need to select “Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited” from the company list and enter their 16-digit BOID number.
