Today is the final day for shareholders to secure eligibility for Siddhartha Bank’s proposed dividend.

Siddhartha Bank Limited has announced that today is the final day for shareholders to secure eligibility for its proposed dividend.
The bank will close its share register for one day on Ashoj 16 for the purpose of its Annual General Meeting and dividend distribution.
Shareholders who hold the bank’s shares by the end of today’s trading will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
The bank has scheduled its 25th Annual General Meeting for Ashoj 28 at the Army Officers’ Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.
The AGM will consider a proposal to distribute a 10% bonus share and 10% cash dividend, including tax purposes, based on the bank’s paid-up capital.
The meeting will also discuss an 8.25% cash dividend for non-redeemable cumulative preference shareholders, amendments to the memorandum and articles of association, and the appointment of an auditor.
