Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) has proposed a dividend of Rs. 1,540 per equity share for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The company's 197th Board of Directors meeting, held virtually through Microsoft Teams on October 30, 2026, approved the audited annual financial statements for FY 2082/83 and recommended distributing Rs. 1,540 per equity share from the profits available for appropriation.
The company has announced that its book closure will take place from Mangsir 9 to Mangsir 23, 2083. Shareholders registered in the company's records before the book closure date will be eligible to receive the proposed dividend.
As of the time of the report, Unilever Nepal's last traded price (LTP) on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) stood at Rs. 48,001 per share.
