United Ajod Insurance Limited has extended the deadline for applying to its rights shares. The company had opened the issuance of 10% rights shares from Chaitra 26, and investors can now apply until Baisakh 31.

The rights shares are issued in a 10:1 ratio, meaning shareholders holding 100 shares are eligible to apply for 10 additional shares. The company is issuing 2.31 million shares at a face value of NPR 100 each, totaling NPR 231 million.

For the rights issue, the company had closed its books on Falgun 17. Therefore, only shareholders who held shares until Falgun 14 are eligible to apply for this rights offering.

According to the credit rating assigned by ICRA Nepal, the company has received an ‘Issuer Rating Triple B,’ indicating a moderate level of safety regarding timely financial obligations.
