United Ajod Insurance Opens Auction of 70,480 Unsubscribed Rights Shares
United Ajod Insurance Limited has opened the auction sale of 70,480 unsubscribed rights shares from today. Interested investors, companies, and institutions can submit bids at a minimum price of Rs. 100 per share until Asar 8.
United Ajod Insurance Limited has opened the auction sale of its unsubscribed rights shares from today. The company is auctioning 70,480 shares that remained unsubscribed during its 100:10 rights offering conducted between Chaitra 26 and Baisakh 31.
According to the company, the auction includes 63,847 promoter shares and 6,633 ordinary public shares. Individual investors, companies, and institutions are eligible to participate in the bidding process.
The minimum bid price has been set at Rs. 100 per share. Investors can apply for a minimum of 100 shares and up to the entire available quantity.
Applications can be submitted through Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited as well as designated branches of Laxmi Sunrise Bank located in Biratnagar, Birgunj, Janakpur, Hetauda, Narayangadh, Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Birendranagar, and Dhangadhi.
Interested investors must submit their bids by Asar 8 to participate in the auction process.
