United Ajod Insurance Limited has announced that it will auction 63,847 unallotted promoter rights shares starting Ashadh 25, 2083.
The auction is open to the company's promoter shareholders, as well as other interested individuals and institutional investors, who may submit sealed bids to purchase the shares.
The company has fixed the minimum bid price at Rs. 100 per share. Investors must quote Rs. 100 or above per share while submitting their bids.
Applications must be submitted for a minimum of 1,000 shares, while investors may apply for up to the entire 63,847 shares being offered.
Bid forms can be submitted at the Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited office in Kamalpokhari or through designated branches of Laxmi Sunrise Bank located in Biratnagar, Birgunj, Janakpur, Hetauda, Narayangadh, Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Birendranagar (Surkhet), and Dhangadhi.
According to the company, the deadline for bid submission is Shrawan 1, 2083.
