When will Yambaling Hydropower IPO be allotted?
Yambaling Hydropower Limited is set to allot its IPO on Baisakh 30. The company issued a total of 1.743 million shares to the public, out of which around 174,300 applicants will receive 10 shares each, while the remaining applicants will go empty-handed.
Yambaling Hydropower Limited has finalized the date for the allotment of its Initial Public Offering (IPO). According to the issue manager Muktinath Capital, the IPO allotment is scheduled for Baisakh 30.
The company had issued a total of 1.743 million shares to the general public from Baisakh 16 to Baisakh 22. After the completion of the application process, the allotment preparation has reached its final stage.
Following the allotment, around 174,300 applicants will receive 10 shares each, while a large number of remaining applicants will not be allocated any shares.
The IPO is being viewed as an important opportunity for investors interested in Nepal’s growing hydropower and energy sector.
