Yambaling Hydropower Limited is set to open its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public starting tomorrow (Baisakh 16).

The company will issue a total of 1.743 million shares to the public. Investors can submit their applications until Baisakh 22.

Applicants are allowed to apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 21,000 shares. The issue manager for this IPO is Muktinath Capital Limited.

Earlier, the Securities Board of Nepal had granted approval to the company for the IPO issuance on Falgun 17.
