CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited (commonly referred to as CEDB Holding Limited or CHDC) is a prominent hydropower investment and development company in Nepal engaged in identifying, constructing, operating, and managing renewable energy projects across the country. Originally established under Clean Energy Development Bank’s investment wing, the company was later restructured into a large-scale hydropower holding entity focused on long-term sustainable energy generation.
