With an authorized, issued, and paid-up capital of NPR 1.65 billion, the company successfully developed the 5 MW Ghalemdi Khola Hydropower Project located in Annapurna Rural Municipality-4, Myagdi. The company is largely promoted by enthusiastic entrepreneurs, engineering professionals, and local communities—holding more than 50% local share ownership. Ghalemdi Hydro encourages community-level investment in Nepal’s hydropower sector, empowering local people to participate in renewable energy development and fostering sustainable economic growth.
