Laxmi Value Fund 2 (LVF2) is a close-ended mutual fund scheme managed by Laxmi Capital Markets Limited under the Laxmi Mutual Fund umbrella. Established with a fund size of NPR 80 crores, LVF2 is designed to deliver long-term capital growth through disciplined investment strategies, robust research processes, and diversified exposure to Nepal’s equity and fixed-income markets. The scheme operates with a 10-year maturity period, reflecting its commitment to stable wealth creation for unit-holders. As of the end of Jestha 2082 BS, LVF2 reported a Net Asset Value (NAV) of NPR 11.41, demonstrating strong performance driven by strategic asset allocation and market opportunities. During the first eleven months of the fiscal year 2081/82, the fund achieved a gross profit of NPR 9.56 crores, underscoring its effective fund management practices. In recognition of its consistent earnings, LVF2 has also distributed a 4.5% cash dividend to its investors. The scheme is structured as a close-ended fund, allowing the fund manager to pursue long-term investment strategies without liquidity-driven pressure. LVF2 is scheduled to retire on Bhadra 4, 2090 BS, at which point the fund will be liquidated, and returns will be distributed to unit-holders based on the final NAV.
