Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) is a leading independent power producer (IPP) in Nepal, established to develop, construct, and operate hydropower projects that contribute to the nation’s clean energy capacity. The company is primarily known for developing the Ngadi Khola Hydropower Project (8 MW), a run-of-river project located in Lamjung District, which supplies renewable electricity to the national grid under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA). NGPL operates with a commitment to sustainable hydropower development, environmental responsibility, and community-centered project implementation. The company collaborates closely with the Department of Electricity Development (DoED), local authorities, regulatory stakeholders, and financial institutions to ensure reliable project execution and long-term operational efficiency. By promoting clean energy generation and supporting local socio-economic progress, Ngadi Group Power Limited continues to strengthen Nepal’s hydropower infrastructure and contribute to national energy security and sustainable development.
