Ridi Power Company Limited is a Nepal-based independent power producer (IPP) primarily engaged in the development, construction, and operation of small-to-medium scale hydropower projects. Established to utilize Nepal’s abundant hydropower potential, the company focuses on run-of-river projects that generate clean and sustainable electricity for the national grid. The company is best known for its flagship project, the Ridi Khola Hydropower Project (2.4 MW), which has been contributing renewable energy to the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement. With a commitment to environmental stewardship, engineering excellence, and community collaboration, Ridi Power Company Limited operates under the regulatory oversight of the Department of Electricity Development (DoED) and complies fully with national energy development frameworks.
