Billing & Subscription Policy

Effective Date: July 7, 2025 Last Updated: July 7, 2025 This Billing & Subscription Policy outlines how billing, payments, and subscriptions work on Nepalytix. By subscribing to any paid features or plans, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Free vs Paid Plans

Nepalytix currently offers:

  • Access to core analytics, stock data, and basic AI insights
  • Ideal for beginners and casual users

    • 🔐 Premium Plans (Coming Soon)

  • Advanced AI insights and forecasting
  • Custom alerts, backtesting tools, and exclusive valuation dashboards
  • Sector rotation and institutional-level analytics

    • All pricing, benefits, and limits for each plan will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

    2. Payment Methods

    We accept payments via:

  • Debit/Credit cards (international & local)
  • Digital wallets (coming soon)
  • Bank transfers for bulk/team access (on request)

    • All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

    3. Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions may be monthly, quarterly, or annual, depending on your selection.
  • All plans are prepaid and will be activated immediately after payment confirmation.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance.

    • 4. No Refund Policy

    We maintain a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing any paid plan, you agree that:

  • All payments are final. No refunds will be issued.
  • No partial refunds for unused days or features
  • No refunds for dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, or user error
  • In the event of technical downtime, we may extend your subscription as compensation — but money will not be returned

    • 5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation prevents auto-renewal of the next billing cycle — but your current plan will remain active until expiry.
  • No pro-rata refunds are provided for early cancellation.

    • 6. Failed Payments

  • If your payment fails, your access to paid features will be suspended until payment is resolved.
  • We may attempt to retry your payment method up to 3 times.
  • If the issue persists, your subscription will be automatically canceled.

    • 7. Price Changes

    Nepalytix reserves the right to update pricing or plan features.

  • Any price changes will be notified in advance, and will only apply to future billing cycles.
  • You may choose to cancel before the next cycle if you do not agree to the new pricing.

    • 8. Institutional & Team Billing

    For teams, investment firms, or educational institutions:

  • Custom pricing and invoicing are available
  • Bulk account access, data API, or white-label dashboards may be negotiated
