Nepalytix may offer paid services in the future (e.g., premium insights, institutional access). When that happens: • All payments are final. We do not offer refunds. • No refund will be issued for unused time, accidental purchases, or user dissatisfaction. • Users are expected to evaluate free features or trial access before upgrading. • In case of technical issues or outages, we may extend access or credit time — but never return money.
