34 Hydropower Companies Await SEBON Approval for IPO in Nepal

The participation of hydropower developers in Nepal’s capital market continues to strengthen as 34 companies await Initial Public Offering (IPO) approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).

These companies are currently in the SEBON pipeline, preparing to launch public offerings in the coming months. Among the frontrunners are:

  • Bhujung Hydropower

  • Ambaling Hydropower

  • Solu Hydropower

  • Taksar Pikhuwakhola

  • Ridge Line Hydropower

  • Kalinchowk Hydropower

  • Him River Power

These firms are expected to hit the market soon with IPOs targeting retail and institutional investors.
