Daramkhola Hydropower IPO Allotted; 5 Investors Receive 11 Shares Each
Daramkhola Hydropower’s NPR 242.3 million IPO was allotted via lottery, with most applicants receiving 10 shares each and 5 lucky investors getting 11 shares.

Kathmandu, Aug. 14, 2025 — Daramkhola Hydropower Ltd.’s (IPO) allotment has been finalized, with the process conducted at the office of issue manager Laxmi Sunrise Capital.
The NPR 242.3 million offering — priced at NPR 100 per share for 2,423,185 shares — was oversubscribed, drawing 2,296,465 applications. Of these, 2,283,226 were deemed valid, while 13,239 were disqualified.
Shares were allotted through a lottery system, with each valid applicant receiving 10 shares, and five investors receiving an additional share, for a total of 11 shares.
The IPO was open to the public from July 30 to August 4 (Shrawan 15–19). Results are available on CDS and Clearing Ltd.’s website.
