Daramkhola Hydropower IPO Allotted; 5 Lucky Investors Receive 11 Shares Each
Daramkhola Hydropower’s IPO allotment has concluded, with most investors receiving 10 shares and 5 lucky applicants securing 11 shares each through lottery.
Kathmandu, Aug. 14, 2025 — Daramkhola Hydropower Limited has completed the allotment of its IPO at the office of issue manager Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited.
The allotment was conducted via lottery. Out of the total applicants, 242,318 investors secured 10 shares each, while 5 lucky applicants received 11 shares.
The IPO attracted 2,296,465 applications, of which 2,283,226 were approved and 13,239 were rejected.
The company had issued 2,423,185 shares with a face value of NPR 100 each, worth NPR 242.31 million, for public subscription from Shrawan 15 to Shrawan 19, 2082.
