Daramkhola Hydropower Ltd. is opening its Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public from Shrawan 15, 2082 (July 30, 2025). The offering comes after prior allocations to locals, Nepalis working abroad, employees, and mutual funds.
The company received regulatory approval to issue 38.33% of its NPR 1.03 billion paid-up capital, totaling 3.95 million shares. Of that, it has already allotted:
1,030,500 shares to locals affected by the project,
291,950 shares to migrant workers with labor permits,
58,390 shares to company employees, and
145,975 shares to mutual funds.
Now, 2,423,185 shares, worth NPR 242.3 million, are being offered to the general public at a face value of NPR 100 per share.

IPO closes earliest on Shrawan 19 and latest by Shrawan 29 depending on oversubscription.
