Himalayan Distillery’s 20% Bonus Shares Listed on NEPSE
NEPSE has listed Himalayan Distillery’s 20% bonus shares, following shareholder approval at the company’s recent annual general meeting.
The Nepal Stock Exchange has listed 6.15 million units of bonus shares issued by Himalayan Distillery Limited, reflecting the company’s recent dividend distribution.
The bonus shares stem from the company’s 25th annual general meeting held on Kartik 30, 2082, where shareholders approved a total dividend of 25% for the fiscal year 2081/82. The approved payout comprised 20% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend, including tax.
Following the listing, the newly issued bonus shares are now available for trading on NEPSE, increasing the company’s listed share capital.
As of the latest trading session, shares of Himalayan Distillery were last traded at Rs 1,156.10, according to market data.
