Kathmandu: Joshi Hydropower Development Company Limited has announced the auction of its remaining rights shares through a sealed bid system, after the previous public offer for general investors did not receive applications for all shares.

The auction is being conducted under the provision of Securities Issuance and Distribution Directive, 2074, Directive No. 15, with the Board of Directors approving the sale in a special meeting. Interested individuals, companies, or institutions are invited to submit their bids within the specified deadline.

According to the notice, bids must be submitted by 3:00 PM on November 11, 2082 (Tuesday). Applications received after the deadline will be considered invalid.

This auction involves 189,927 shares of the general investor category, all remaining rights shares, with a minimum price of NPR 100 per share.

Bid forms are available at Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. Submission centers include Laxmi Sunrise Bank branches in:

  • Biratnagar (Hanumandas Road)

  • Birgunj (Adarshanagar)

  • Hetauda

  • Pokhara (New Road)

  • Butwal (Milanchok)

  • Birendranagar (Birendrachowk)

  • Dhangadhi (Laxminarayanchowk)

The distribution of bid forms started on October 28, 2082, and the submission deadline is November 11, 2082. All collected bids will be gathered at the LS Capital Limited office for opening, with the date, time, and venue to be announced via national dailies.
