Mahuli Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited has announced a dividend distribution to its shareholders from the distributable profit of the previous fiscal year.
According to the decision taken by the institution’s board of directors, shareholders will receive a total dividend of 5% based on the current paid-up capital. The proposed payout comprises 4.72% in bonus shares and 0.25% in cash dividend, allocated for tax purposes.
The dividend proposal will be implemented after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company’s upcoming annual general meeting.
