Manjushree Finance Proposes 15% Cash Dividend for FY 2081/82

Manjushree Finance Limited (MFIL) has announced a proposal to distribute a 15% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.

The decision was made during the company’s 310th board meeting held on Ashwin 07. The proposed dividend, worth Rs. 20.27 crore, will be distributed on the company’s paid-up capital of Rs. 1.35 Arba.

As per regulatory requirements, the dividend plan is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and subsequent endorsement by the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).

As of the latest trading session, MFIL shares were priced at Rs. 661.00 on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Analysts note that the cash payout could support investor sentiment in the finance sector, particularly amid broader market volatility.
