Nepal’s stock market opened the week on a mildly positive note, with the NEPSE index advancing 2.53 points in the pre-open session on Monday to close at 2,852.72.
This follows last Thursday’s rally, when NEPSE surged 18.30 points to end at 2,850.37. The Sensitive Index, which tracks the performance of major blue-chip stocks, also edged up 0.43 points.
During the pre-open session, shares worth approximately Rs. 47.52 million changed hands, indicating modest early market activity ahead of the main trading hours.
