NEPSE Rises 4.50 Points in Pre-Open Session
NEPSE edged up by 4.50 points in Thursday’s pre-open session, reaching 2,670.10. A total of 8,629 shares worth Rs 36.07 lakh were traded.

Nepal’s equity market opened on a positive note on Thursday, with the NEPSE Index extending its previous day’s gains during the pre-open session. The benchmark index rose 4.50 points to 2,670.10, following Wednesday’s 9.61-point advance that had pushed the gauge to 2,665.60.
The Sensitive Index also reflected mild optimism, adding 0.54 points in early trading.
Market activity in the pre-open window included 119 transactions across 60 listed stocks. Total turnover reached Rs 3.60 million, with 8,629 shares changing hands.
Price momentum was mixed across the board: 27 stocks traded higher, 28 declined, and 5 remained unchanged during the brief session. The early movements suggest a cautiously positive sentiment as investors approach the final trading day of the week.
