NIC Asia Capital Approves 50% Cash Dividend After Strong FY 2081/82 Performance
NIC Asia Capital has approved a 50% cash dividend (including tax) for FY 2081/82 after reporting over NPR 1.16 billion in net profit.

NIC Asia Capital Ltd. has declared a 50% cash dividend (including tax) for fiscal year 2081/82 following robust financial results, according to resolutions passed at its ninth Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Wednesday at its registered office in Thapathali, Kathmandu.
The AGM endorsed the board’s report along with audited financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statements up to Ashad-end 2082.
Chairman Santosh Kumar Rathi informed shareholders that the company, with a paid-up capital of NPR 200 million, generated revenues exceeding NPR 3.06 billion and net profit of more than NPR 1.16 billion during the review period.
On the operational side, the Capital reported opening 800,000 demat accounts by Ashad-end, while its mutual fund division managed over NPR 5.45 billion through five schemes—four closed-end and one open-end.
Including this year’s proposed dividend, NIC Asia Capital has delivered a cumulative 290% return to its shareholders since inception, Rathi noted.
