Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company Limited (PMLI) has announced the auction of 100,000 promoter shares, beginning today, 12th Kartik, 2082. The auction is open exclusively to existing promoter shareholders.
Shareholders interested in acquiring the units are requested to submit their bids at the company’s central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu within 35 days from the notice’s publication. If no bids are received from the founder shareholders during this period, the remaining shares will later be offered to the general public.
PMLI shares closed at NPR 475.00 in the secondary market prior to the auction. The company has emphasized adherence to the auction rules, ensuring a transparent process for all eligible promoter shareholders.
